What is your shipping policy?

We can ship sauce anywhere in the United States, and will work with you if you must have an international delivery.  When you check out, we will tell you your shipping costs and options.

Orders over $100 ship FREE!


What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your sauce for any reason, please let us know and we will arrange for replacements or refunds.  Because of the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns for packages that are already opened.

How do I order wholesale?

Burnt Caramel Company does not use any preservatives in our sauces. Unopened, our sauces are shelf stable for a year because of the high content of fat and sugar, which are natural preservatives.

Unopened jars should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sun - like a pantry (not a hot car).  In the unlikely event of an opened jar needing to be stored, the refrigerator is the best spot.  

We make all of our caramel sauces in small batches and by hand in a shared commercial kitchen space.  While our pots and equipment are only used for caramel, the foods prepared in the kitchen we share could contain other allergens and you should be aware of the potential contamination if you have severe allergies or sensitivities.
