Caramel Sandwich Cookies

Pay attention, this is a very difficult recipe. 

1. Take two cookies*

2. Spread caramel sauce on one cookie (or both!)

3. Sprinkle flake sea salt if you're fancy.

4. Enjoy!

*The cookies can be store bought or home made.  The cookies we used are gingersnap, but chocolate or simple butter cookies would be just as delish!
